  1. Refund Policy:
    • All sales are final. I do not offer refunds for any services, classes, products or packages purchased.
    • In cases where a customer is unable to attend or utilize the purchased class, service, or package for any reason, I offer the option to exchange it for store credit. Products are non returnable and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  2. Store Credit Exchange:
    • Store credit can be requested if the customer has not been sent any materials related to their purchase and if the request is prior to the start date of any programs or classes.
    • Store credit can be used towards future classes, packages, or services offered by Kirsty Olive.
    • The decision to grant store credit is at the discretion of Kirsty Olive.
    • To request store credit, please contact Kirsty directly via the contact page.
