Once you sign up, the first step is to complete a detailed questionnaire. This helps me understand where you’re starting from, your goals, your current fitness level (or lack of one), and what your day-to-day life really looks like.

This insight allows me to support you properly — not just with exercises, but with a plan that’s realistic, sustainable, and aligned with what you’re working towards.

Your workouts will already be scheduled for the days we’ve agreed on. On the day of your session, you just open the app and press start. You’ll be guided through your warm-up and then through each exercise, step by step.

Every exercise includes:

  • Clear instructions on reps, sets, or time

  • Personal notes from me

  • A demo video showing you exactly how to perform the movement

There’s no guesswork, no overthinking, and no stress — just a clear, structured routine you can follow with confidence.

We’ll also check in weekly via email or WhatsApp, and you can leave notes for me directly in the app alongside your workouts. At the end of the six weeks, we’ll review your progress together and discuss next steps if you wish to continue.
